Hannah leads creative and engaging classes that are different each week. She tailors each session to who is in the class; speaking to students and asking whether they want to focus on anything in particular. By working with these individual bodies, giving feedback and reading the energy of the class, she provides a person centred approach.
This general level Pilates class aims to target all areas of the body to help provide balance; matching strength with flexibility. With other influences such as yoga, dance and mindfulness, these classes offer a more evolved approach for health and wellbeing in body and mind.
Suitable for all, although please let Hannah know prior to the class if you have any injuries or conditions.
