Join Hannah in a Live public class hosted through Zoom in the privacy and comfort of your own home, office or hotel. Hannah offers general level Pilates and Yoga classes.

In her Pilates classes all areas of the body are targeted, matching strength with flexibility. She places a particular focus on balance and stability.

In her Yoga classes, you are lead through a flowing series of asanas (postures), moving with the breath helping to stay in the present moment.     

 

Hannah enjoys offering her students freedom, nurturing their curiosity and sense of play, encouraging stretches, exercises and postures to be explored. 

For Hannah, the practices of both Pilates & Yoga help one learn about one's individual anatomy, the power of one's own breath and the nature of one's own mind. She aims to empower others to honour the uniqueness of their own bodies. 

 

Hannah’s classes vary; they can be strong and dynamic, to calm and more restorative or somewhere in between! She prides herself on tailoring her classes to meet the needs of her students, offering a person centred approach.

 

Hannah enjoys teaching a diverse range of students from complete beginners to more seasoned practitioners, supporting them to evolve and grow wherever they are on their health and wellbeing journey. 

Suitable for all, although please let Hannah know prior to the class if you have any injuries or conditions.
