3 DAY PROGRAMME
All under 30 mins, these bite sized classes are designed to fit into your day easily. Day 1 begins with an upper body focus; building strength and stability in the shoulder and arm muscles, developing into day 2 with a lower body focus; focusing on gaining power in the legs and hips, culminating in a total body workout on day 3; integrating everything into one efficient working system. For those on the go, looking to give the body a balanced and considered workout.

5 DAY PROGRAMME
This programme begins from a place of calming slow movement, tapping into a deep sense of body awareness and presence which is then carried through more dynamic and invigorating flows over days 2, 3, 4 & 5. The challenge will be increased over the days leaving you feeling empowered with a great sense of achievement at the end!
